Forward Thinking Engineer

Full-time ContractorRemote

We're looking for an engineer who thinks beyond code. You'll design and build AI-powered features that automate real estate workflows — from intelligent property search to agentic AI systems that work autonomously for our customers. This isn't a traditional frontend role. You'll shape how AI interacts with users, how data flows through intelligent pipelines, and how automation replaces manual work across the platform.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build AI-powered user experiences — intelligent dashboards, agentic chat interfaces, and automated workflow UIs
  • Develop features that leverage large language models, machine learning predictions, and real-time data pipelines
  • Build and refine agentic AI systems that autonomously classify leads, generate market reports, and coach real estate professionals
  • Evaluate AI output quality — audit classifications, validate property valuations, and tune system prompts for accuracy
  • Ship to production daily in a fast-moving environment where your work directly impacts revenue and customer success
  • Collaborate with a small engineering team using AI-assisted development workflows to move faster than teams 10x our size

Requirements

  • React + TypeScript — 2+ years building production applications
  • Node.js / Express — comfortable with backend APIs, data flows, and integrations
  • Experience with AI/ML integration — working with LLM APIs, embeddings, or agentic frameworks
  • MySQL or PostgreSQL — data modeling, complex queries, performance optimization
  • Strong product sense — you think about what the user needs, not just what the ticket says
  • Linux / SSH — comfortable working on cloud infrastructure

Nice to Have

  • Experience building agentic AI systems or multi-step autonomous workflows

Integration & Onboarding Engineer

Full-time ContractorRemote

Own the customer onboarding experience from payment to fully active. You'll build and maintain the AI-powered pipeline that ingests customer data, runs intelligent classification, and delivers a personalized dashboard within hours — not weeks. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and customer success, where your work directly determines how fast new customers see value.

What You'll Do

  • Build and optimize the AI onboarding pipeline — email ingestion, lead classification, property intelligence, and automated coaching
  • Diagnose and resolve pipeline issues — OAuth connections, data sync, classification accuracy, and delivery timing
  • Maintain and improve conversational AI services — natural language property search, intent parsing, and response quality
  • Develop internal tools that let the team monitor onboarding health, catch failures early, and scale to hundreds of customers
  • Deploy and manage production services in a CI/CD workflow with real-time monitoring
  • Work with AI systems to automate manual onboarding steps — reducing time-to-active from days to hours

Requirements

  • Node.js / Express — 2+ years building and debugging backend services
  • React — 1+ years (build internal tools, update customer-facing components)
  • MySQL — complex queries, data pipeline debugging, schema design

AI Solutions Partner

Independent Contractor → W2 PathPhoenix Metropolitan Area

We’re looking for a relationship-driven sales professional to bring KairosIQ AI to agents and brokers across the Phoenix market. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a residual income model — every account you activate pays you every month. You don’t need to be a developer. You need to understand real estate, believe AI is the next competitive advantage, and have the relationships to open doors.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage prospective agents and brokers in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area
  • Conduct product demonstrations of AISearchPortal.com to individual agents and brokerage groups
  • Prioritize broker-level conversations — landing a broker brings their entire agent roster into the pipeline
  • Close subscriptions and manage your own pipeline through your assigned referral link
  • Build and maintain professional relationships across Phoenix brokerages
  • Represent KairosIQ AI’s brand with professionalism and accuracy in all interactions

Requirements

  • Active professional relationships with real estate agents and/or brokers in the Phoenix market
  • Background in real estate, real estate technology, mortgage, title, or agent-facing sales
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and close deals in a self-directed environment
  • Comfortable presenting and demonstrating technology to professional audiences
  • Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management habits
  • Passion for helping real estate professionals grow their business

Nice to Have

  • Active Arizona real estate license
  • Existing relationships with brokerage leadership
  • Familiarity with AI tools and how they apply to real estate

Customer Success & Outreach Specialist

Full-time ContractorRemote

Be the voice of KairosIQ — the person who makes sure every customer succeeds and every qualified prospect hears from us. This is a hybrid role: half customer success (onboarding, support, follow-up) and half outbound outreach (calling agents, booking demos, driving new subscriptions). You’ll talk to real estate professionals every day, help them get value from the platform, and grow our subscriber base through genuine, helpful conversations.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to prospective agents and brokers — introduce KairosIQ, book demos, and close subscriptions
  • Welcome-call every new subscriber within 24 hours of signup — walk them through setup and ensure their account is fully active
  • Follow up with subscribers who are stuck in onboarding — help them connect Gmail, troubleshoot issues, get them to their dashboard
  • Respond to inbound support inquiries via chat and email within 4 business hours
  • Track all outreach and customer interactions — maintain clean records of who you called, what happened, and what’s next
  • Surface upsell opportunities naturally — when a solo agent loves the product, introduce the brokerage plan for their broker

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English — you’ll be on the phone with US-based real estate professionals daily
  • 2+ years in outbound sales, customer success, or client-facing roles (SaaS experience preferred)
  • Confident and comfortable making cold and warm calls — you don’t wait to be told who to call
  • Organized and disciplined — you follow up, you close the loop, nothing falls through the cracks
  • Available during US business hours (Arizona time, MST/GMT-7)
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for professional phone calls

Nice to Have

  • Experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or PropTech industries
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
  • Experience with Stripe billing or subscription-based products
  • Background in appointment setting or demo booking for SaaS companies
