  • Train and improve our proprietary AI models using de-identified, aggregated data patterns. Individual conversations and personal information are never used in raw form for model training. All training data is anonymized and aggregated before use. Our models are trained on our own private infrastructure — your data never leaves our secure environment.

3. AI and Automated Decision-Making

Our platform uses AI technology to enhance your real estate experience. Here's how:

  • Property Matching: AI analyzes preferences to suggest relevant properties
  • Lead Classification: AI categorizes contacts by relationship type and engagement level
  • Compliance Auditing: Every AI recommendation is audited for Fair Housing, ADRE, and NAR Code of Ethics compliance before delivery

4. Private-Cloud Infrastructure

Unlike consumer AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.), KairosIQ operates on private-cloud infrastructure. This means:

  • Your data is processed within our own AWS environment
  • Client information is never sent to third-party AI providers for processing or training
  • All AI inference runs on models hosted within our infrastructure
  • Conversations with our AI are not accessible to outside parties
  • PII is de-identified before any AI model interaction

This architecture satisfies the privacy requirements established by federal case law regarding AI platform confidentiality expectations.

5. Information Sharing

We share your information only in these circumstances:

  • Real Estate Agents: When you request to contact an agent about a property
  • Lending Partners: When your agent is sponsored by a lender, with appropriate RESPA disclosures
  • Service Providers: Companies that help us operate our platform (under strict confidentiality agreements)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights and safety

We never sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Model Training and Data Usage

We train proprietary AI models on aggregated, de-identified interaction patterns to improve service quality for all users. This training process:

  • Uses statistical patterns, not individual conversations
  • De-identifies all personal information before aggregation
  • Runs entirely within our private cloud infrastructure
  • Never shares training data with third-party AI providers
