What This Course Covers
This course equips real estate agents and brokers with the knowledge to use artificial intelligence ethically, legally, and responsibly. Through seven modules totaling three hours, participants will examine the intersection of AI technology with Fair Housing law, advertising compliance, algorithmic bias, and emerging state and federal regulation.
Built on proprietary research — including a full scan of 1.7 million ARMLS listings — this course goes beyond theory. You will analyze real lawsuits, review actual Arizona statutes, and leave with a compliance framework you can implement the same day.
